What every consultant should know about safeguarding with Dee Jethwa

Some organizations work with children and vulnerable adults, and there is always a risk of abuse. Safeguarding makes sure an organization has the right policies and systems to prevent it. As a consultant, even if you are not a safeguarding specialist, it helps to know how to detect risky situations, how to bring these up with your client, and whom to refer to for support. Also, what do, for example, if during an engagement you hear about harassment or bullying of the staff by management? Dee will help us develop essential safeguarding reflexes through a presentation and discussion of some real case studies.

Branding: Winning Projects and Building Names with Rose Odengo

In a world with so many consultants as one either dipping your toes in the proverbial waters, been around the block, or a veteran who has been around for aeons and has the t-shirt, bag, mug, and wheel cover. That question constantly nags you: How do I build my brand? How can I get the world to know my brilliance and pay my worth?
In this masterclass, you’ll learn to be more deliberate and targeted in how you package and express yourself and work with specific audiences. It’s not just about a fancy logo. It’s about complementing your great work by building an unforgettable client experience that will keep them coming back and recommending you to others.
