Working with Non-Profit Builder has dramatically enabled and empowered me to grow my business as a Wellbeing Coach and Consultant in the 3 years I have been working with them. During this time, I've had the opportunity to work with and bring about positive change to individuals, teams and whole organisations across the breadth of the globe - an experience that has not only been enriching but highly enjoyable at times. Not only this, but the regular opportunities to connect with and learn from other Non-Profit Builder Consultants allows me to feel part of a much stronger and supportive community - something which is invaluable in supporting my own wellbeing in what can often be quite challenging work.

Paula was very quick to grasp our needs; communication and coordination with her was extremely easy and smooth; she combines technical excellence with a great energy and enthusiasm that has been appreciated by all colleagues who interacted with her on this assignment.

The training contributed a lot. Example, the executive board immediately established task force to conduct situation assessment of the organization to take corrective actions based on evidences. this is decided just after the training. then after, many decisions are made especially to ensure program and financial sustainability.

Working with NPB has been a very rewarding experience. The team’s support, responsiveness, and professionalism make it easy to focus on delivering quality results. Being part of the NPB network has connected me to impactful opportunities and inspiring colleagues, which has greatly enriched my practice.
