Her advice is pragmatic and relevant. Her perspective encourages me to reflect on different approaches and ways of working that I wouldn't have considered without her coaching and guidance. These have benefited me in my journey as a member of our management team, and our management team as a whole, with whom I share and impart her guidance. She is a compassionate and empathetic person with a style of coaching I enjoy and connect with.

The NPB service is fantastic, it really helps us improve our operations. There are such a variety of consultants, with a wealth of expertise available. We have used the service for fundraising advice, GDPR adherence and now we’re looking for some advice with adopting AI.

I felt the workshop was excellent and exactly what we asked for and needed. I don't think we could have found a better-qualified or more engaging person to run it. Overall during the session, the majority of people seemed to enjoy it and find it useful.

Coaching was extremely helpful and tailored to my needs, I was able to ask questions, get feedback, and co-create. Helen helped me put fundraising at the front and center, and I saw movements in our fundraising work, increased funder engagement and I am hopeful that we will close on actual funding in the coming months.

I love the support from Nonprofit Builder. Having access to additional learning that I want to prioritize and the chance to grow my skills with experts I choose, has made a huge difference in my work. It’s such a win for our organization too, helping building capacity without taking funding away from our campaigning work.
