Real Stories, Real Experiences

Kate ability to quickly grasp the challenges of a fundraiser's role within my organization was a great asset, and her sound knowledge of the fundraising landscape but also of the fundraiser's role within French organization were also very useful. She quickly understood what my main challenges were and could help me address them accordingly. She drafted some documents also that were very useful to buttress "our case for support". It was also a great pleasure to work with Kate.

Darian was proactive, helpful, and willing to accommodate our needs.

Vanessa is a great trainer, and the MC team are good at their job.

Initiating the culture project demonstrated to the staff that this was a priority for the leadership team, and that was very well received. It was clear the team appreciated even being asked how they were feeling and what they wanted the culture to be as well as generally being included throughout the whole process which was fully transparent. It has already strengthened and deepened relationships in the team and highlighted actions for us to take forward which will be critical as the organization grows this year. Overall, the process brought the team together and it has certainly felt like staff are more connected to the organization.

This was our first time using one of your consultants and accessing the grant from Segal. You made the process quick and easy, and we are so grateful that you connected us with a skilled expert to support us. Thank you!

We have been so happy with the expert consultants that NPB has provided us access to. It's been a gamechanger for us, especially as our limited budget often makes it challenging for Yiya to afford these services ourselves.

You all are terrific!! You have selected wonderful presenters with excellent and relevant expertise. Participating in the sessions has led to a year of growth. Please keep up the offerings. We are incredibly grateful to the team at NPB and to SFF for sponsoring the opportunities!!

MATCH Foundation did not have an M&E Plan, all we had were project logical frames. As I write this, we now have an organization M&E Pan which outlines all our activities, outcomes, outputs and indicators. Nonprofit Builder team has been very helpful. Oprah provided great feedback whenever we asked something. Please keep up supporting us in building or capacity.

We highly recommend Solomon Makuza to our colleagues and friends for his exceptional expertise in organizational health assessments. His professionalism, thoroughness, and insightful guidance have been instrumental in our organization's growth and sustainability.

Your platform has been invaluable in helping us identify exceptional consultants to work with. When I browsed through your consultant database, I was genuinely impressed—if we had unlimited resources, I would have loved to work with more than half of the consultants listed there. The quality and diversity of expertise available is remarkable.

Tzviatko proved to be an outstanding consultant who was both prompt and deeply understanding of our needs as a community health organization. His professionalism and efficiency enabled us to complete our project within the shortest time possible, which was crucial given our tight timeline. The experience was so positive that we immediately considered working with him again on a private basis to develop our organizational website. Unfortunately, resource constraints have put that project on hold for now, but we remain hopeful for future collaboration.

What I particularly appreciate about Nonprofit Builder is how it connects mission-driven organizations like ours with talented professionals who understand the unique challenges we face in the nonprofit sector. This matching process has been seamless and highly effective.

Thank you for creating such a valuable resource for the nonprofit community.

Rose is well informed and took the time to understand what needs to be done and provided valuable advice as well.

We appreciated the service provided. We had a very welcoming support from the beginning of this engagement. The consultant provided the grounds for AFO in terms of ownership and to fully participate in deciding our direction.

The experience was truly remarkable, characterized by a highly effective and communicative journey. Ideas were clearly expressed, and the delivery aligned perfectly with the requirements. The desired brand vision was successfully achieved.
