I know some tools and theories in Monitoring and Evaluation, one of which is because I attended several sessions with NPB. Thank you NPB!

To date, six of our staff members have benefited from various trainings, equipping them with additional skills that have transformed both their professional growth and our organizational capacity. One standout example is the journey of a team member who started as our Education Program Officer. While supporting communication within the organization, he received training on communication, which significantly enhanced his expertise in areas such as report writing, newsletters, website management, and social media engagement.
