Real Stories, Real Experiences

10/10 would recommend. Janet guided me through a reflection about our organizational structure, and did so in a way that encouraged me to develop my own organizational growth and management reflexes. She was extremely supportive and thoughtful, as well as being a great listener and being able to connect some of my experiences with some relevant examples, including from her own career. Working with her at the beginning of my tenure as an ED was reassuring and uplifting. In addition to the hard skills that contributed to the excellent outcome from this consultancy, I cannot overstate how
much it meant to me in those first few weeks to work with someone who showed she truly cared and believed in me as a leader.

Vittoria is brilliant. I am so inspired and galvanized by her guidance. She is challenging and intuitive and seems to understand. I really trust her advice and she gets me to arrive at pathways forward when I feel lost or uncertain. Above all, she makes me think in a new way and lead with my feelings and strengths, as well as work out what they are. I'm so very happy and grateful to have this service. It's actually near to the best thing a funder has ever given us.

Grow is very knowledgeable on the issue of gender but at the same time they know NGOs and their needs and they customized their support to such needs.

The team at Chameleonic (Daniel and Gabriela) have been clear and thorough at all times. They have patiently explained the specifics of the SEO audit process and have provided useful information throughout the project that has already help us implement some changes on our content. All meetings were properly scheduled, with a clear agenda, and were always carried out in due time. Daniel and Gabriela are both professional and warm, they've been patient and understanding with all our beginner questions, and have been happy to help at all times.
