The sessions have been very helpful and insightful as they introduced specific tools and templates on how to manage your projects better -- from working on the driver, task, and purpose of the project to risk management planning to project evaluation! The facilitator will help guide you on the different aspects of project management. It provides you a summary of what you need to do and achieve until the project closure. It has been nice to learn about how to look at the project from another perspective and ensure its objectives are met. Thank you for the practical and evidence-based lessons/insights!

Through this consultancy, we have been able to make strong headway into developing our fundraising strategy, an invaluable organizational piece that will allow our non-profit organization to explore potential funders to support our work.
