I was really interested in seeing how, across regions, there persists a guilt of not being productive in our workspaces. This session really brings out a more reflective lens about rest and some tips to reduce this feeling inside ourselves that sometimes tells us we are not doing enough for our communities. It made me reflect a lot on how sometimes being busy is an avoidant response to not facing some personal things happening in our lives.
