Busara Africa is a pan-African leadership development firm dedicated to providing transformative learning experiences for African-centric global leaders and organizations.  Situated in Accra, Ghana, and serving diverse clients across Africa and worldwide, we merge global leadership best practices with a profound understanding of the African context, offering a unique perspective on effective leadership.    Our programs and services are crafted to facilitate not only knowledge acquisition but also transformative changes in leadership practices.

Our programmes and services include:

Leadership Development Programmes: Transforming leaders from the inside out is our trademark. Our well-researched and experiential leadership programmes create a lasting impact at three levels: Leading Yourself, Leading Others, and Leading the Organisation. Available in both virtual and in-person formats, our facilitators employ practical learning methods and strategies to develop leaders across your organisation.  We also offer leadership development programmes on specific topics.  Some of them include:

• Cultivating the Transition – Growing through Change
• From Exhaustion to Replenishment – Leading from a Full Tank

Coaching: We offer Executive coaching for individual leaders and Team coaching for Leadership teams.  Our coaching serves as a powerful tool for leaders to deepen self-awareness, leverage strengths, influence others better, and lead with impact. All our coaches are internationally certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).   They are skilled in providing a safe space to reflect and serve as thinking partners to address a leader’s specific challenges. Former clients have testified that coaching from Busara Africa significantly strengthened their leadership practice which in turn impacted their teams and the organisations they lead.

Facilitation: Our skilled facilitators help you navigate difficult conversations and build stronger teams. We can create a safe, fun, and inclusive space for productive and healthy conversations at your next retreat. We employ participatory processes and tools that help participants to create common objectives, dialogue on critical issues and agree on the way forward.  We have designed specific team building programmes for:

Organisation Development: Our Organisational Development (OD) experts provide support for transforming firms holistically.  Our OD services include support to:
