Larissa BYLL CATARIA wears many hats, including that of Executive Director, Entrepreneur and Business Coach, and her success in promoting several young professionals in Burundi has earned her the title of "Mentor". Larissa has over 12 years' experience in entrepreneurship, and more than 7 in organisational and institutional support in both the private and social sectors. She is a Coach-Trainer and Speaker.

She is Co-Founder and Executive Director of an innovative talent development company, 3hi Africa. 3hi Africa works with businesses to energise and equip their teams to accelerate individual and institutional growth, 3hi Africa also works in strategic organisational support and Research. Larissa is also involved in developing content for training programmes in entrepreneurship, personal development, capacity building, etc.

She has coached a number of professional executives, but has a passion for coaching young people and women. She is also Co-founder of two other start-ups (Ereka-Connect & Fal Group).

3. I have over 15 years of experience working with non-profit organisations. — I served as Chairperson of the Africa Region of World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (2016 to 2022) and currently as Honorary Member of the World Board of WAGGGS.
4. I am bilingual (French & English) and I can adapt to multicultural environments. 
5. I am currently based in Burundi and works with people in Burundi and other parts of Africa and I am very flexible to move around the world and work with more organisations.
