As an empathetic guide and facilitator, I devote my career to helping purpose-driven organizations achieve their highest potential. With over 25 years of experience spanning technology, human rights activism, coaching, and corporate leadership, I have mastered the art and science of leading transformational change. My passion is uplifting communities through social justice, indigenous wisdom, and pioneering systems change.

My Experience

With decades working with international organizations, I leverage global experience to drive local change. Most of my practice has focused on Western Europe, with deep partnerships across Switzerland where I am currently based. 

I have particular expertise in Western and Central Africa including Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Chad, Cameroon, Senegal as well as the Maghreb region including Morocco, Algeria. 

Additionally, I have worked extensively with partners in Eastern European and Central Asia countries such as Bulgaria, Poland, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan. My awareness of the diverse social, political, and economic landscapes in that region informs my tailored transformation initiatives.  

I also have experience collaborating with indigenous peoples from regions worldwide including  Africa, the Arctic, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Russian Federation, Central Asia and Transcaucasia, North America and the Pacific.

In fundraising specifically, I leverage AI to automate grant proposal drafting and donor targeting, increasing efficiency and alignment with funder priorities to maximize funding opportunities.

• Governance transformation: I leverage Paradigm21's proven methodologies combining mapping, the four quadrants model, dynamic spiral, and sociocratic principles. This equips you to adapt at each stage of your organization's lifecycle and innovation cycle. My goal is creating agile structures and culture that accelerate mission impact.
