Business & Executive Coach and Mentor Jo Richings, is passionate about coaching growth-minded organisations, charities and NGO's  who are looking to move their organisations to the next level. Jo also specialises in working with Senior Management Teams who are struggling to work as a cohesive team. 

Over the last 14 years, Jo has coached & mentored in all kinds of areas, such as enviromental, climate change, blue energy, econonmic policymaking, human rights, think-tanks, finance, property, construction, restaurants, film making, HR, fashion,  design and marketing, - just to name a few!

Jo says, "Management is management. Leadership is leadership. It doesn't matter whether you are selling widgets  or changing the world with blue energy.  The same rules apply. You will have the same challenges with your team, systems, sales, branding, marketing, finance etc. The framework is the same."

Jo and her team offer bespoke 121 and group coaching programmes via Zoom. She also offers team training in Spanish, French and Bengali and is expert at sourcing great trainers if you need training delivered in another language.
