Christina Taylor is the Owner of Learn to Grow, a organisational development and change consultancy with extensive exeperience in both the corporate and non-profit sector, working with clients and teams across the globe. Her engagement always starts with understanding the organisation, the people and the culture she works in and uses diagnostics to get to the root cause of any problem. She puts people at the center of her work and strives to build capability for clients to become self-sufficient over time. 

 

Strategy - strategy is about clearly defining the ambition of the organisation, charting a path on how to get there and mobilising the entire organisation to move in the right direction. Christina has led and facilitated strategy development processes for both for-profit and non-profit organisations, ensuring that people (staff and volunteers) are at the center of the strategy and act as enablers.

Christina has extensive experience in learning & development and has created curricula and programmes for a range of organisations, across a range of different formats. She's also developed talent and engagement strategies for large organisations and teams of volunteers and has led the education committee for a non-profit focused on diversity and inclusion.
