My core expertise

 

My expertise focus on two areas:

 

1.- In the field of Interculturality, creating sustainable relations between people from different cultures in the workplace. I help multicultural teams to understand the benefits cultural differences could bring to the group creating complementarities, synergies, and innovation and creating new ways of working together. I  accompany individuals, teams, and organizations to develop “cultural Intelligence” to navigate in an effective way intercultural challenges and adapt to different contexts.

2.- Certificated in Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Benchmark by The Centre of Global Inclusion. I support organizations in their DEIB Initiatives at all levels to build sustainable and supportive DEIB cultures.

My methodology : 

 

I address these thematics through consulting, training, facilitation, and coaching. I have a big toolbox coming from different disciplines that allow me to address these themes from different perspectives.

  • By developing "Cultural Intelligence", leaders, and teams of collaborators, will be able to adapt, build synergies, and bring out creativity, and innovation to take advantage of the multicultural and diverse workforce that organizations bring to the table.

  • Both,  the in-depth work on Interculturality and DEIB allows organizations to have more competent employees and more committed people with a sense of belonging to the organization. The organization creates a positive impact inside and with their stakeholders

My clients are from a wide range of industries and include the private sector, multinational companies, academic sector, and non-profit organizations, in Latin America and Europe. My clients appreciate my "radar vision" to understand the situation and propose solutions and work that are tailored to their needs. They value my professionalism and creativity and the care I put into the things I do. 

 

What makes my approach unique

 

  • I have over 15 years of experience working in the intercultural field and great knowledge and experience working with leaders and multicultural teams in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures as well as working in different regions. 
  • I am good at understanding the challenges of the organization and creating Taylor-made "solutions" to advance in their challenges. 
  • I transmit my know-how in the academic sector since 2017 as a lecturer in the “Developing Cultural Intelligence” course in the MBA program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. I also train coaches in DEIB and Intercultural matters.  
  • Co-author of the book "L’Intelligence Interculturelle aux services des coaches". This book aims to develop cultural intelligence to navigate fluidity in different cultural environments. 
  • I am  an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and SIETAR Europa ( Society Intercultural Education Training and Research) 
  • Currently,  I am based in Switzerland and works with people and organization in Latin America and Europe and with individuals around the world.
