Purpose+Motion supports individuals and organisations to clarify their purpose, innovate their ways of working and adapt their internal processes and procedures to be effective at reaching their goals and being healthy workplaces whilst doing so. We have more than a decade experience supporting Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to refine their vision and missions, align their organizational culture more clearly with their purpose and develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks and the learning culture to ensure they stay on course. We blend methodologies such as systems innovation, systemic transformation design, design thinking, regenerative leadership, mindfulness, integral theory, theory U or biocentric approaches to best support our clients. 

Purpose+Motion supports NGOs (from grassroots to INGOs), social businesses and private organizations, usually either at initial stages of creation, or during transitions and moments of crises. Within the non-profit sector, we have extensive experience supporting organizations based in Europe, the MENA region, Latin America and Africa. We also regularly reach out to our wide network of former and current INGO clients, donors, other consultants and experts to extend the support to our clients in ways we cannot alone.

Pablo Escorcia  I’m a Berlin based entrepreneur, coach and consultant, trainer, Biodanza teacher, Yogi. My life has been a journey of searching for my own path, connecting unconnected dots, and supporting others create regenerative lives and regenerative cultures. I have over 20 years experience as an organisational consultant, coach and trainer. I have worked designing, facilitating, consulting and implementing more than 200 different organisations reaching over 4000 people. As a senior consultant I have worked with a wide range of clients that include private companies, public institutions, international NGOs and educational institutions. With extensive experience in the design and implementation of programs focused on strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian assistance, leadership, communication, teamwork and creativity, I have been able to support my clients’ organisational development from a holistic perspective. Mike Romig  For more than a decade, I’ve been accompanying nonprofits, social organisations and businesses to be impactful in creating a better worldwhilst also being healthy places to work.   From a background in human rights and peace building in Geneva, with a special affinity for work in the Middle East and North Africa regions, and combining my Swiss military officer training, my MBA and coaching skills with a deep curiosity for the functioning of the human being, I feel deeply grateful to be working every day to co-create with Gamechangers from around the world.   I have accompanied dozens of organisational development processesfor organisations based in Europe and the MENA region, facilitating transformation processes, training teams, coaching leaders, and developing tools for monitoring, documentation, or internal coaching. Alex Rupp I bring more than a decade of international work with corporations, non-profits and social businesses across Western Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, North and Latin America, Southeast Asia and globally. My particular expertise lies in strategic communications, employee engagement and change management, designing and managing complex intercultural projects and multistakeholder collaborations, organizational culture, project and change management. Working with me, you can benefit from my extensive experience, and insights into the culture and processes of large corporations, social enterprises, family-owned businesses (SMEs), NGOs, associations, self-employment and a broad network of actors in the field of regenerative and social economy in Berlin, throughout Germany and internationally.  I am trained in Systemic Transformation Design, Project Management and Mental Health First Aid, and am currently receiving training to become an Integrative Business Coach. I am German and based in Berlin, have lived abroad for several years (Canada, Peru, Bolivia, Switzerland) and worked on an international level (Europe, Africa, North and Latin America, and Southeast Asia).
