We are searching for a Capacity Building Assistant

We provide capacity building support to nonprofits from all over the world.

 

How? We work with a global pool of skilled experts, who provide these nonprofits with consulting and training on topics like strategy, communications, fundraising, leadership development, and managing growth. Why? We do this because we know that this helps them achieve more impact more quickly.

 

An important part of your work will be to help us manage all these capacity building support projects:

  • We listen to the needs of the nonprofits and match them with suitable consultants and trainings
  • We take care of contracting and paying the consultants so the nonprofits can concentrate on the support.
  • We check in regularly to make sure the consulting and training is going smoothly and everybody is happy and productive.
  • We collect and analyse feedback about our services so we can improve satisfaction, quality, and relevance.

 

 

Your job in more detail: 

  1. Onboarding and Training: guide new nonprofits through the initial stages of using our services, providing training to ensure a smooth start.
  2. Customer Support: offer ongoing support and problem-solving solutions, addressing any issues nonprofits may face with our services.
  3. Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with the nonprofits we serve. This involves regular check-ins and updates to ensure the nonprofits' needs are being met.
  4. Project Management: Making sure the records in the CRM are accurate, that no projects are stuck, and all clients and consultants receive timely responses.
  5. Feedback Loop: gather and analyse customer feedback and share it with us, so we can improve the services and customer experience.
  6. Reporting: analysing data on activities, costs, results and impact and preparing reports for funders.

 

 

Your qualifications: 

  • Interest in Civil Society, Social, and Environmental Protection: A strong commitment or background in social and environmental causes, and pride to be working in this area.
  • Hardworking and Dedicated: we expect you to be committed to your work and bring your best performance to the job. You hold yourself to high professional standards and are self-motivated!
  • Communication and People Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be skilled at dealing with people and managing relationships.
  • Customer Service: Experience and aptitude for customer service or a related field can be very helpful. Your utmost satisfaction is smiling and happy customer!
  • Analytical Skills: able to analyse usage data for patterns and problems, and propose effective solutions or improvements to our services.
  • Organizational Skills: Being able to manage multiple accounts and maintain multiple processes is important.
  • Aptitude for Precision Work: ensuring detailed records of customer interactions is important, and although we use a CRM, you will be checking to ensure that everything is complete and accurate.
  • Teamwork: you will as part of a team and must collaborate effectively with colleagues. This is especially important as we are a global team and we collaborate online.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
  • A Bachelors degree is desirable.
  • 3 years working experience is desirable
