  • Best Practices of Project Management: Gain clarity on current practices, identify areas for improvement, and plan actionable next steps for your projects

 

  • Best Practices of Excellent Managers: Learn how to foster team engagement, avoid burnout, and drive results through effective management techniques.

 

  • Manage Your Energy to Avoid Burnout: Assess energy levels, create rejuvenation plans, and build peer support for sustained performance and well-being.

Participants will leave with actionable plans and improved practices to thrive in their roles and organizations.

Target audience

This workshop series is designed for managers of other employees or teams of employees.

Methodology

Methodologies and tools in-use in this workshop will include specific work blocks built into workshop times to allow participants to begin implementing the learnings in their actual work, question-and-answer time to dive into specific challenges you are having, and templates and tools shared during each session to help implement more quickly.

 

There will be 4 workshops spread over 4 weeks.
