Training: From Busy to Effective: Productivity for Non-Profit Leaders

Never enough time, money, or resources to create the change you want? Struggling to combine high performance and well-being?

I’m here to help. My mission is to guide you in focusing on what truly matters, achieving your best work, and transforming how you approach your tasks. With a mindset-first approach, we prioritize psychology over technology to empower you with practical tools and strategies. Learn how to work smarter, reduce overwhelm, and regain the momentum you need to succeed.

Discover a new way to work—so you can thrive while making space for what matters most.

Objective

Tailored sessions that empower you to manage your workload, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus on your most important tasks.

Outcomes

✓ Know how to manage your attention and energy, projects and actions, as well as choices and habits. Learn the 9 Characteristics of the Productivity Ninja® to improve focus and combat overwhelm.
✓ Understanding of a simple structure that will allow you to get and keep your inbox at zero. Reduce stress (that “drowning sensation”) with an inbox O and develop a clearer idea of where to focus.

✓ Leave with a set of practical tools to have fewer and better meetings and to positively challenge the culture of your organization. Make practical changes to real meetings on the day.
✓ You’ll be able to deliver both positive and constructive feedback with the confidence that you’ve been intentional, clear, and caring, setting up the highest possibility for success.

Target audience

At Think Productive, we believe that work should be both effective and enjoyable. We help our clients to create, sharpen, and reach their organizational goals by equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced world. We specialize in transforming how teams work by helping them to work smarter, not harder. Our services focus on reducing stress, increasing efficiency, and most importantly, ensuring that you and your teams have fun while achieving more.

Methodology

Our clients are too busy to spend half a day in training and then struggle to apply what they’ve learned. That’s why all our trainings are action-oriented, focusing on your real work so you leave with immediate results.

Please refer here for the Spring Training schedule (all training courses).
