Organisational safeguarding assessment for nonprofits
You think your safeguarding is probably fine — but you have no external validation of that, and a funder or incident could prove otherwise.
What you'll achieve
A clear picture of your current safeguarding strengths and gaps, with a prioritised set of recommendations.
How a Nonprofit Builder consultant helps
- Conduct a structured assessment using document review, staff interviews, and an observation of current practices, benchmarked against sector standards.
Key deliverables
- Safeguarding assessment report, risk rating per area, prioritised recommendations, suggested improvement roadmap.
