An incredibly capable, deeply accomplished person whose experience is intimidating - yet Janet is funny, approachable, warm and empathetic. She is just brilliant on all fronts.
It's very important for me to feel a sense of connection with colleagues, coaches, people I encounter in my working life - purely transactional relationships lack colour and meaning. Coaching was extremely helpful and tailored to my needs, I was able to ask questions, get feedback, and co-create. Helen helped me put fundraising at the front and center, and I saw movements in our fundraising work, increased funder engagement and I am hopeful that we will close on actual funding in the coming months.

The coaching sessions very useful, the management workshops were great: Jo really knows how to tailor a workshop and adapt to her audience. As the workshops moved forward, Jo was able to take necessary steps to recenter discussions around areas which were important to the team, and asked constantly for feedback to improve, which is much appreciated.
