Spaces like these where we can share, exchange, and learn together are essential in our field of work. Not about technical skills, but about our realities and challenges in an honest and supportive way. Remembering that behind the achievements are people, and that it's okay to focus on our well-being as well as that of our planet and communities.

I was really interested in seeing how, across regions, there persists a guilt of not being productive in our workspaces. This session really brings out a more reflective lens about rest and some tips to reduce this feeling inside ourselves that sometimes tells us we are not doing enough for our communities. It made me reflect a lot on how sometimes being busy is an avoidant response to not facing some personal things happening in our lives.
