Working with NPB has been an enriching experience for me and my team. Collaborating with organizations across the globe has given us valuable insights into impactful initiatives. NPB has also opened the door to meaningful partnerships with other consultants, allowing us to design effective interventions that draw on our collective experience, networks and creativity.

I love the support from Nonprofit Builder. Having access to additional learning that I want to prioritize and the chance to grow my skills with experts I choose, has made a huge difference in my work. It’s such a win for our organization too, helping building capacity without taking funding away from our campaigning work.

Kate ability to quickly grasp the challenges of a fundraiser's role within my organization was a great asset, and her sound knowledge of the fundraising landscape but also of the fundraiser's role within French organization were also very useful. She quickly understood what my main challenges were and could help me address them accordingly. She drafted some documents also that were very useful to buttress "our case for support". It was also a great pleasure to work with Kate.

The NPB platform has expanded my visibility beyond my usual network and created a space where both consultants and potential clients can thoughtfully assess fit before committing. I appreciate having the information to make good decisions about who I work with, and organizations have that same independence. It’s introduced me to different kinds of clients and opportunities I wouldn’t have found on my own.

Initiating the culture project demonstrated to the staff that this was a priority for the leadership team, and that was very well received. It was clear the team appreciated even being asked how they were feeling and what they wanted the culture to be as well as generally being included throughout the whole process which was fully transparent. It has already strengthened and deepened relationships in the team and highlighted actions for us to take forward which will be critical as the organization grows this year. Overall, the process brought the team together and it has certainly felt like staff are more connected to the organization.

MATCH Foundation did not have an M&E Plan, all we had were project logical frames. As I write this, we now have an organization M&E Pan which outlines all our activities, outcomes, outputs and indicators. Nonprofit Builder team has been very helpful. Oprah provided great feedback whenever we asked something. Please keep up supporting us in building or capacity.
