The Strategic Leadership course gave me the space to pause amid the intensity of day-to-day work. It allowed me not only to reflect on myself, but also to step back and look more intentionally at my team and organisation. It helped me think more clearly about where we are heading given the many opportunities in front of us today, and to recognise that in order to be truly strategic, we need to be more deliberate, including having the discipline to close some doors so we can focus on the ones that matter most.

It is a technical course approached in an embracing, meaningful and guiding manner. For sure I have better notion of my potential as a leader, and how to put it for good use in my organization. My best wishes, and thank you, so much!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I joined this course, but it exceeded every expectation I may have had. The facilitation was engaging, approachable, and flexible, while still challenging me to rethink my ideas about leadership and offering tangible ways to grow and contribute more effectively to my organization.

I found myself reflecting on what I learned almost daily. The course fostered active participation, meaningful dialogue, and genuine collaboration among participants. I especially valued the welcoming environment, where peers could share openly, learn from one another, and build a deeper understanding together.

Over the five weeks, the two hours spent in each session became the highlight of my week.

Attending the Strategic Leadership course has been a truly transformative experience for me. It created a safe and reflective space to analyze my personal leadership journey, challenge my assumptions, and gain clarity on the kind of leader I aspire to be. One of the most powerful takeaways was recognizing the “doors” I need to close - outdated habits, limiting mindsets, and practices that no longer serve my growth. The course equipped me with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed confidence to lead more intentionally and strategically. I leave feeling inspired, self-aware, and better prepared to make meaningful impact in my work.
