Working as a consultant with NPB has created opportunities to work with sectors and specialists that I might not otherwise have connected with. This has been stimulating and enhanced my practice, and, I hope, contributed to the organisational development of the grantees.
The NPB team members are exceptionally responsive and helpful, and NPB has also created opportunities for consultant learning, drawing on its experts to offer free online seminars on a wide range of topics.

10/10 would recommend. Janet guided me through a reflection about our organizational structure, and did so in a way that encouraged me to develop my own organizational growth and management reflexes. She was extremely supportive and thoughtful, as well as being a great listener and being able to connect some of my experiences with some relevant examples, including from her own career. Working with her at the beginning of my tenure as an ED was reassuring and uplifting. In addition to the hard skills that contributed to the excellent outcome from this consultancy, I cannot overstate how
much it meant to me in those first few weeks to work with someone who showed she truly cared and believed in me as a leader.

NPB has been a great platform for me. Not only has it connected me to other like minded people, trying to do our bit to help, but has opened up opportunities to a wide and rich variety of projects. The people I've linked up with on projects have been so passionate and knowledgable about their cause, its been really inspiring.
