I'm so grateful for NonProfit Builder because they provide an easy platform to connect important nonprofit organizational needs with the consultants who can provide that support. What makes NPB unique is their global reach. Nonprofits around the world can easily access expertise anywhere in the world and make it easy for funders, the nonprofit, and the consultant to coordinate. Being part of the NPB network has allowed me to use my international development experience to support organizations who otherwise would not have been able to access me and my services

Working with Rathana was a transformative coaching experience. She was useful in helping me name and identify the challenges I was facing. She also helped me think through concrete steps to approach challenges and also helped me develop a rubric for deciding if what I perceived as a challenge was actually my own to deal with. I was overwhelmed, and I’m now better able to sift through the noise and focus on the things that need my attention. It’s helping me focus more on the most important projects and move them forward.

Non Profit Builder platform has connected me to many grantees who need support aligned with my expertise but might not otherwise have the clarity and resources to engage me directly. Many organisations know they need communications support, but but they're not always sure what kind of support will make the biggest difference. Non Profit Builder bridges that gap by facilitating a collaborative process to identify what will be most impactful for the grantee and what capacity support they need. As a result, grantees are able to strengthen their communications, amplify their message and and ultimately, increase their impact amougst key actors. It's an invaluable tool that not only benefits grantees but also enables me, as a consultant, to do more meaningful and targeted work.
