As a team dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector, we at Nonprofit Builder are constantly asking a question:

Nonprofit leaders, especially those on the front lines of pressing issues like climate change, don't have time for abstract theories. They face urgent, concrete challenges. To meet this need, we developed the Capacity Development Project Catalog - a practical collection of approaches and methods that show how nonprofits can grow. This work was developed based on more than 500 projects implemented on the NPB platform with the input of our consultants-practitioners. We didn't just want a list of services. We wanted a strategic framework, and it applies broadly to any mission-driven organization navigating change.
