Working with Non-Profit Builder has dramatically enabled and empowered me to grow my business as a Wellbeing Coach and Consultant in the 3 years I have been working with them. During this time, I've had the opportunity to work with and bring about positive change to individuals, teams and whole organisations across the breadth of the globe - an experience that has not only been enriching but highly enjoyable at times. Not only this, but the regular opportunities to connect with and learn from other Non-Profit Builder Consultants allows me to feel part of a much stronger and supportive community - something which is invaluable in supporting my own wellbeing in what can often be quite challenging work.

The training contributed a lot. Example, the executive board immediately established task force to conduct situation assessment of the organization to take corrective actions based on evidences. this is decided just after the training. then after, many decisions are made especially to ensure program and financial sustainability.

My collaboration with NPB has two practical benefits. First, it has broadened my scope of work by allowing me to collaborate with highly engaged young people involved in large-scale citizen initiatives.
Secondly, the partnership with NPB was established on a very flexible and agile basis, where the sole priority was to guarantee effective and truly useful support for the partner on the ground.

Christine did her research to make sure the advice she gave was very targeted to our situation, produced a useful pipeline of potential funders and was willing to answer any questions in detail and follow a different tangent if needed during the training sessions.
