Real Stories, Real Experiences

My experience with NPB has been extremely positive. Their network has expanded my reach as a consultant, connecting me with diverse organizations worldwide. NPB’s commitment to growth—high-quality courses and frequent webinars—keeps my practice current and gives me meaningful opportunities to share insights with fellow consultants. The community is generous, practical, and genuinely collaborative. I’m proud to be part of the NPB team and excited for what’s next.

Tzviatko is very attentive and flexible. He can easily adapt to any need and reality of organisations.

What I’ve loved most about working with NPB is how they’ve connected me with inspiring change makers who are genuinely making a positive difference in the world. Being part of this network has deepened both my passion and my practice, and I’m grateful to collaborate with people who share the same commitment to meaningful impact. It’s a joy to be part of such a purposeful community!

I would definitely recommend Janet. She was excellent and incredibly helpful. I achieved a huge amount.

Working with Non Profit Builder was nothing short of amazing – I truly enjoyed the experience and learnt a lot on how my law firm can widen its scope of legal assistance, especially from global point of view.

NPB gave my law firm which is based in Africa, a wide exposure to the first world and I also got to learn about refined ways of providing deliverables and reaching milestones. The team was extremely helpful and always available to provide guidance, both to myself the consultant and to my Client. I look forward to working on more projects with them.

We are very grateful to Hilary for her time, dedication, and support. She provided valuable insights and suggestions across several areas of our HR practices in a hybrid work environment. Despite not speaking Spanish, she adapted impressively and delivered useful materials, analyses, and recommendations that helped us move forward with internal improvements.

Working with Nonprofit Builder has been an experience like no other. As an organization, they are committed not only to excellence, but to creating a truly global community, connecting experts, decision-makers, advocates and emerging leaders in the nonprofit sector. As an expert trainer, I have worked for many years in countless international organizations, but my collaboration with Nonprofit Builder has been an unforgettable experience. Their support and dynamic professionalism is outstanding, and the participants I’ve been fortunate enough to work with have been truly inspiring. A heartfelt thank you to everyone in the Nonprofit Builder community!

The training has enabled us, through a theoretical-practical approach, to recognize the importance of incorporating monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes into our work, raising staff awareness in this regard.

To me NPB is a win-win-win project. The organisations win by getting essential professional services they couldn’t normally afford, the service providers win because they are assured of more regular work and a smooth contracting and payment process, and the donors win because they get more bang for their buck!

As a service provider I love working with NPB. Action Appointments has run many projects through NPB and we have had some really excellent successes. We enjoy the efficient and yet personal collaboration. We have also met new clients who have used us subsequently and we have definitely expanded our own client network and our global reach. We are very grateful to NPB and look forward to our continued fruitful collaboration.

Maryse is a really empathetic and very observant leader. She provides high quality and tailored advice as well as frameworks and materials that can easily be applied to day to day management challenges.

Working as a consultant with NPB has created opportunities to work with sectors and specialists that I might not otherwise have connected with. This has been stimulating and enhanced my practice, and, I hope, contributed to the organisational development of the grantees.
The NPB team members are exceptionally responsive and helpful, and NPB has also created opportunities for consultant learning, drawing on its experts to offer free online seminars on a wide range of topics.

10/10 would recommend. Janet guided me through a reflection about our organizational structure, and did so in a way that encouraged me to develop my own organizational growth and management reflexes. She was extremely supportive and thoughtful, as well as being a great listener and being able to connect some of my experiences with some relevant examples, including from her own career. Working with her at the beginning of my tenure as an ED was reassuring and uplifting. In addition to the hard skills that contributed to the excellent outcome from this consultancy, I cannot overstate how
much it meant to me in those first few weeks to work with someone who showed she truly cared and believed in me as a leader.
