Internal workflow redesign for nonprofits
Simple tasks require too many approvals, too many steps, and too many people — it feels like the organisation is working against itself.
What you'll achieve
Leaner, faster internal processes that reduce friction, cut duplication, and free your team to focus on work that matters.
How a Nonprofit Builder consultant helps
- Map your current workflows, identify bottlenecks and redundancies, redesign the processes that cause the most friction, and support implementation with your team.
Key deliverables
- Workflow audit, redesigned process maps, new task management tools or protocols, implementation guide, staff communication plan.
