Signs you need a Salesforce cleanup

You have Salesforce but it is underused, full of dirty data, and staff have given up on it — its potential as a relationship management tool is almost entirely untapped.

What you'll achieve

A clean, well-configured Salesforce instance that your team actually uses, with automated workflows that reduce manual admin and improve data quality.

How a Nonprofit Builder consultant helps

  • Audit your current Salesforce setup, identify quick wins and structural improvements, implement optimisations and automation, clean your data, and retrain your team.

Key deliverables

  • Salesforce audit report, optimisation and automation implementation, data cleaning, updated user profiles and permissions, staff training session, admin documentation.
