Nonprofit HR policies and team culture

Free nonprofit HR toolkits, HR policy templates and team culture guides for small and growing nonprofits and NGOs.

Your people are most of your budget and all of your delivery. Yet HR in small nonprofits is often a folder of policies copied from somewhere else.

This shelf gets the basics in place (HR policies, pay you can defend), then moves to culture: teams where people speak up, equity work that changes practice, and change your team can get behind.

You need this shelf if

  • You've grown past 10 staff and still have no proper HR policies
  • People leave and you hear why only in exit interviews
  • Pay decisions feel ad hoc or unfair
  • You're working across cultures or countries and keep misreading each other
