Real Stories, Real Experiences

We have been part of the NPB team since 2023 and have worked on over 20 assignments since then.  Having been in the consultancy and training business for over 25 years and the recent arrival of NPB has been transformational for us.  It has enabled us to reach the most amazing organisations and people as clients; and has helped build our team through collaborations with other NPB Consultants.  The potential is incredible and every day is filled with inspirational encounters.

Ashanut was diligent, thorough, and well-structured in her approach to the support. She kept to the timeline and was able to deliver a high quality product

Working with NPB has been an enriching experience for me and my team. Collaborating with organizations across the globe has given us valuable insights into impactful initiatives. NPB has also opened the door to meaningful partnerships with other consultants, allowing us to design effective interventions that draw on our collective experience, networks and creativity.

I love the support from Nonprofit Builder. Having access to additional learning that I want to prioritize and the chance to grow my skills with experts I choose, has made a huge difference in my work. It’s such a win for our organization too, helping building capacity without taking funding away from our campaigning work.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with such a wide range of organisations through the NonProfit Builder network. Each client engagement offers valuable learning that continues to enrich my consulting and coaching practice. The professionalism, responsiveness, and support of the NPB staff have made the process consistently effective and rewarding.

Kate ability to quickly grasp the challenges of a fundraiser's role within my organization was a great asset, and her sound knowledge of the fundraising landscape but also of the fundraiser's role within French organization were also very useful. She quickly understood what my main challenges were and could help me address them accordingly. She drafted some documents also that were very useful to buttress "our case for support". It was also a great pleasure to work with Kate.

The NPB platform has expanded my visibility beyond my usual network and created a space where both consultants and potential clients can thoughtfully assess fit before committing. I appreciate having the information to make good decisions about who I work with, and organizations have that same independence. It’s introduced me to different kinds of clients and opportunities I wouldn’t have found on my own.

Darian was proactive, helpful, and willing to accommodate our needs.

Vanessa is a great trainer, and the MC team are good at their job.

Initiating the culture project demonstrated to the staff that this was a priority for the leadership team, and that was very well received. It was clear the team appreciated even being asked how they were feeling and what they wanted the culture to be as well as generally being included throughout the whole process which was fully transparent. It has already strengthened and deepened relationships in the team and highlighted actions for us to take forward which will be critical as the organization grows this year. Overall, the process brought the team together and it has certainly felt like staff are more connected to the organization.

This was our first time using one of your consultants and accessing the grant from Segal. You made the process quick and easy, and we are so grateful that you connected us with a skilled expert to support us. Thank you!

We have been so happy with the expert consultants that NPB has provided us access to. It's been a gamechanger for us, especially as our limited budget often makes it challenging for Yiya to afford these services ourselves.

You all are terrific!! You have selected wonderful presenters with excellent and relevant expertise. Participating in the sessions has led to a year of growth. Please keep up the offerings. We are incredibly grateful to the team at NPB and to SFF for sponsoring the opportunities!!
