While serving as the Project Manager for The Responsible Contracting Project, we were allocated consultancy hours through our grant with the Laudes Foundation. We were specifically looking for an expert to help us refine our Theory of Change to better engage with potential funders.

The matchmaking process was seamless; the platform recommended three consultants who all responded promptly. After interviewing two candidates, we selected Tend Consulting. They were fantastic and truly went above and beyond—even traveling to Paris to facilitate an in-depth training workshop for our team.

We have greatly valued the support we received through Nonprofit Builder which covered organisational development, creating a fundraising strategy and coaching for the co-Directors. These interventions built our capacity and strengthened our ability to deliver our mission of uniting our city to end homelessness. This has had a hugely positive impact on the charity.
