I very much value being part of the NPB network which has made connections for me with many fantastic organisations I have loved to work with. I get a huge sense of reward from spreading my knowledge with NGOs who otherwise may not have the capacity to the do the sort of work I do, and to (I aim!) skill them up in the process. Every client is different, giving a challenging, fun, problem solving element. I think it's a great Organisational Development system which benefits NGOs, consultants and funders alike, ultimately increasing social/environmental impact.
