Recruitment process design for nonprofits
Your hiring is ad hoc and inconsistent — you make slow decisions, lose good candidates, and are never quite sure your process is fair or defensible.
What you'll achieve
A structured, inclusive recruitment process that attracts strong candidates efficiently and gives every hire a fair and consistent experience.
How a Nonprofit Builder consultant helps
- Review your current recruitment practices, design a standardised process with clear stages and assessment criteria, and build the tools your managers need to run it well.
Key deliverables
- Recruitment process guide, job description and person specification templates, interview question bank, assessment criteria framework, candidate communication templates.
